One of my favourite Port Stephens wedding venues viewed through my marriage celebrant eyes is Valhalla Restaurant Bar with its rustic Viking roots and iconic, grazing highland cows (Indi & I always slow to catch a glimpse of them whenever we’re driving through Bob’s Farm).
Valhalla has an excellent choice of outdoor & covered wedding ceremony locations and the surrounding spruce forest, with its dappling light, is a gorgeous location for your wedding photos or a sweetheart table linger with your lover before reception formalities beckon.
It’s easy to access for guests & vendors , has ample onsite parking & the privacy of a rear, picturesque courtyard for your wedding party to spill into when the call to cut a rug is felt as rhythm resonance, deep in your bones.
In cooler seasons it’s toasted by the flickering flames of an indoor fireplace & in summer it’s the perfect evocative, alfresco vignette, seasoned with the salty inhale of nearby beach air.
